Just bought some 203 rotors and mounts for my bike.
All fit well, but there are no washers with the front mount adaptor.
Checked with supplier and that is ‘how they come’ would have thought the securing bolts needed a washer at least, especially when the rear mount adaptor has washers and the securing tie-wire.

    What are others experiences, thoughts?

Mine are exactly the same as what you have. No need for a washer on the front as the bolt head is up against a nice spot-faced & anodised surface. At the rear the surface depends on the frame finish (usually painted) so a washer is used to provide a nice smooth surface under the bolt head.
