    Does anyone know if these come with cleats or do I have to buy some separately?

    Yes they will, even if they are not the ‘boxed’ versions

    Many thanks… trying spds for first time, dont know it thats wise with the current cold climate ice/snow..! should be some comedy falling off moments ahead.

    It also gets into spd pedals and around the cleats so makes them hard to get into – so it may not be the best time to try them out!
