    The little rubbery bit above the top strap has failed on mine. Wondering whether to get a refund or exchange. Is mine a one off incident? Do they last generally?

    I do think the top buckle strap looks a bit flimsy

    can’t remember model number of mine but they look similar to yours. they’ve been fine for me, 3 years in….
