    hi all,

i'm going to plumb my own disc brakes, seems pretty economical and i'll learn a thing or two at the same time.

i'm looking for a guide/ video, to take me from scratch (hoses, calipers, levers, olives, etc).

If it helps, i'm looking at…
    Shimano XT Dual Control leversl
    Shimano XTR 965 calipers
the appropriate hosing (i believe xt or above is fine)

    can you help?

    Thanks,
    HR

The M965 calipers used a banjo fitting but it is more than likely the levers will come with hoses with straight in fittings. You will need to buy SMBH63 hoses to be able to fit these two components together.
