    If you buy the shoes from an internet retailer how do you get them fitted? The Planet-X road shoe offer is tempting but not if the shoes are useless without being moulded.

    They're normal shoes if you don't get them moulded. They just fit better if you do. I would try sending them your feet and then they can set them up for you and return yuor feet with the shoes. Just remember to mark your feet before you send them incase the get mixed up at the shop and they send you back the wrong ones.

    That's what I was hoping. I'm not sure I would want them moulded anyway as I'm trying out orthotics to tackle knee pain.

    yeah i never had mine custom fitted, and even so, they're miles better fitting than the M180s i had before. (M230s).
