Now I really like the feel and positive shift of the SRAM Shifters & Rear Mech on my Pitch (X5/X7), however after spending alot of time over the last few months on my Handjob with Shimano Shifters & Mechs (all LX) I do find I like the 2 way action of the down shifter, especially on the rear.

Do any of the SRAM shifters have this ability, conversley do any of the shimano shifters / mechs have the direct/positive feel of the SRAM stuff?

I think you’ll find thats a “no” and er, a “no”!

(Now starts thinking can Shimano be converted to run SRAM Pull Ratio?)

I found I soon got tired of the clunky X0 gear shifting and I much prefer the silky smooth finesse of XTR.
