If you can handle watching Top Gear every week then three series of Shaun the Sheep should be a skoosh.

3 year old Shaun counisseur in our house – knows all the episodes across the 4 series (we have 4 DVDs so there must be 4) and demands them according to mood. Her fAvourite is the one where he gets a girlfriend, then the car chase one. The movie is brilliant, she was transfixed for 80 minutes.

I find Donald Duck has its violence and racist moments and am happier with Shaun.

Pocoyo – kinda joint Spanish/English thing. Narrated by Stephen Fry. Our fellow loves it. Quite funny too with Fry’s voiceover.

Ben and holly is one of the funniest programmes on tv. Peppa pig has a few sly nods to the grown ups but the whole of Ben and holly is a bone dry wit aimed at grown ups hiding in s children’s cartoon. Nanny plum and the pompous king are brilliant creations. The wise old elf even does looks to camera in the latest episodes

Ps I’d forgotten about rotten trolls that was great.

All the usual suspects mentioned above + Canimals and miniscule are also great.
