I have two routes on my Garmin and they are also on my PC in rides.gdb

If I want to share one of these routes with other people, is there a simple way to do it such as exporting a single route into a file and emailing it. Would it be simpler to send the gdb file and tell them which route to use?

Not too difficult with just two routes but as I build up the library this may become more of an issue.

I dont know with the specific garmin you have but I can extract the tracks and save them as GPX using some of the standard software out there like gpsbabel and qlandkarte.

As above, work out how to get it as a GPX file as everyone can use that.
