Anyone serviced the bearing on a hope BB with the GXP spacers? If so, how did you get the spacers out to get the dust seal off? I can’t move mine at all.

If your talking about the top hats that shim out the spindle, I think mine pushed out from the inside with a screwdriver. I think they were probably in the bike at the time.

Had to use a thin scew driver and prise mine apart , but I did destroy te plastic seal
But they are cheap
