so Mrs Trout has booked us in at the sensatori Tenerife

Probably not the advice you are looking at but good mountain biking in tenerife – check out lavatrax, or hire a bike, get a lift to the top of the volcano and do the 14,000 ft descent….

check out the bike park too in the north 😉

In my circumstances denying access to bike park is probably a good thing as it might impair my role as family suitcase carrier…
