Senditnow.com take up to 35kg IIRC, something to do with the max weight one person can lift ?

On Parcel2go the cheapest usually comes out as Home Delivery Network. I’ve used them & its worked out ok. Sent a travel system with loads of bits, cost £7.

if it ends up looking like it’s very expensive looking into pallet shipping.

iirc. 1/4 height pallets start from £40. HTH

Used Parcel2Go loads of times. They also pay £4 quidco for new customers so definitely worth using once. 20KG should be no problem, from £6+vat but sometimes the dimensions can hike up the price.

IME – if you like parcel2go you will love http://www.interparcel.com – same concept but when things go wrong they have real people who will answer phones and help sort it out! Costs between the two are very similar.
