The better half and i are heading to ambleside as a bit of a last minute trip for a weekish mid october and looking for somewhere self catering to put us up.

Anyone got any recommendations for decent low cost self catering flats / cottages centrally based in ambleside, we’ll obviously be taking the bikes too, so if there is storage for them too, even better.

Any recomendations?
