Yesterday afternoon, I spent a happy afternoon fixing stuff to the sound of Select mag’s free tapes circa 1992-95 – it was a serious pre-internet blast from the past… although it did make me feel like I was back at school.

Have you got the comedy one with, IIRC, Bill Hicks, Emo Phillips, Jo Brand (and others) on it?

If so, a kidney for a copy?

I recall a good one with Dusty Springfield on it too…

That rings a bell – although I don’t think I’ve got a copy anymore.

It was a great magazine, especially early-mid 90s. Their Glasto write-ups were always the best.
