    due to be made redundant from my ‘fixed’ term post at a Uni in January, and will get my 2 weeks salary per year payout (so about 7k)

    on Friday Uni announces voluntary redundancy call, offering up to 1yrs salary to those that take it (cost cutting exercise to generate £7 mill savings over next 4 years)- am I eligible….

    apparently not, due to the fact I have an anticipated end date…arsebiscuits!
