Had a 5 day power cut 2 years ago and didn’t relax once what with stripping down a generator trying to get it to work, emptying and photographing the contents of 3 freezers, keeping the wood supply going and generally making sure everything was o.k with my pensioner folks.
So the people who have flooding on top of that you have my sympathy.
