Thats not a rule nor is it an excuse.
Undertaking traffic before junction is not really a good idea, equally they put mirrors on both sides of cars for a reason,
It is for vans, I cant see throough walls.
Steve still your job to be aware of whtas going on behind.
Every vehicle has its blind spots, a good driver manages them.
