They normally have a good selection.

MPB as you say have a decent selection, you get six months warranty and easy returns. Otherwise I would take a look at camera world, dale photographic, mifsuds, wex and park cameras.

This thread reminds me, I must sell my D4 before it loses any more in value!

Wex, Park Cameras or Clifton Cameras for me. For a smaller indie shop – Harrison Cameras in Sheffield. They give 12 month warranty on all their used gear (have a website also).

Excellent lens BTW – I have one and it is sublime.
