I’m looking to try an experiment with my set up. For it I want some on the fly (or at least at the top of the hill) travel adjust forks. I’ve started watching the classifieds, but want to understand what is out there.

My ideal fork would be air suspended, 120-150mm adjustable, 34mm stanchions, 20mm Maxle and 1 1/8 straight steerer.

So far I have focussed on:

Rockshox Revs dual position air – 32mm but seem to fit most criteria
Rockshox Lyrik RC2 DH – 35mm, 130-160mm – probably overkill, but some great bargains around. Can these be spaced down (both parts)?

I’m not as familiar with other brands or their steerers/axles, but can anyone think of any equivalents that offer the same value and reliability?

Budget is around £250 and for that I’m looking for used, good condition and recently serviced.
