Halve the rrp and take off 10% for each year after one or two.
Give or take

Halve the rrp..... or do what some folk do....look at this years Fox's and take 40% off that

Or, if its a womens bike, take 20% off the rrp and sell. I'm trying to find a dencent one for my sister and its proving near impossible!

Some mens bikes are okay for women too, my girls got a mens rockopper and it's perfect.
