    Sorry if this has been done already, but spotted this in my Facebook feed today:

    Not sure whether I’m surprised by the results. Think it fits in with what most people understand – people ride better with the kit they know. Also, that it’s fun to try something different now and then!

    i’m not really sure of the point of that video? I mean, it’s pretty obvious you want the seat down and out of the way for the techy,jumpy bits where you do’t have to pedal, and up and holding your ass off the floor for the flat bits you need to pedal up?

    just saying “up or down” is irrelevant and simply depends upon the particular terrain that over which the test is done. And i think that’s why droppy posts were invented after all??
