I’m looking at one of these to replace my hardtail frame.

The weight (or lack of) is amazing, but has anyone owned or ridden one and can tell me what its like?

My only fear is that It could be a bit too XC race biased and have a really agressive, back aching geometry?

any advice on this would be great, along with any alternatives?

    cheers

Someone i ride with has a spark 30 and he loves it, really light and climbs well. You could always put a 10mm fork on it i suppose.

    I’ve got one.

    That’s the one. 😆

Get one based on the top-tube length rather than size (I’m 6’4″ and have a large rather than XL), fit 120mm forks and use a short steep stem with high bars and it’s merely XC rather than excruciatingly XC.

It will climb stuff that I can’t climb and will not flex (which is a first for my less than racing snake physique).
