Is this an LBS job, or is there a trick to getting the bearing out of the (alloy) swingarm for the BB pivot?

No purchase to bash out from the ‘inside’ as the swingarm acts as the bearing carrier by the looks of it.

Not a huge amount of info on t’web apart from LBS, or rigging some kind of press up – do you need to press against the inner race? If so, could be risky as the bearings are very shot – if the inner came out, then I’d be left with the outer race pressed into the swingarm and no way of pulling/pushing it?

    Thoughts?
