We’ve got a tenant in a property who has steadily been getting more behind with the rent. She now has another propoerty to go to – but doesn’t seem to be in any hurry to vacate ours.

If we take her to the small claims court (and win) how do we actually get the cash out of her?

Surely that’s up to the judge to decide how much she pays and when. And that would depend on her financial situation at the the time.
