Anyone using Salsa Anything cages or alternatives? How are you finding them? Are they mounted on the side or just a bit aft on your forks? What are you managing to carry in them? I was thinking with the weight lower down than say a bar bag that they would be favourable to better handling, any thoughts?

Try the bike buddy cages I’ve carried tents and a 1.5 litre Nalgene bottle in them they’re made of stainless steel v tough and the delivery is really quick

V secure and reliable even when on the forks ridden on some big rocky descents in the Brecon Beacons

Anything Cages broke on my bike.
Used the bike buddy which is much stronger but a bit faffy.
I’m going to try Monki cage next

Bike Buddys look good, certainly for another bike I have in mind.

Basil was the anything cages the first version? I’ve seen quite a few broken and haven’t really heard if the newer version holds up.

Broke an anything cage after about twenty miles off-road with a <kilo sleeping bag in it. Glad I only bought one to try.
