How we doing? Two posts in one week from me, arent you guys lucky?! 🙂

Once again, need some advice….Sales Drive Tests…..what do you know about them, do they profile ones characteristics effectively? Has anyone recruited using these as a strong benchmark? What repeat characteristics are shine above others? Anyone managed to talk their way around one if the profile didnt quite fit the bill? Good, bad indifferent?

Obviously im looking for another job, have managed to get through a few interviews, nailed the HR and aptitude, did the sales drive test and wasnt too sure what to make of it!

Just looking for experiences, comments, opinion, snippets of bollocks and the like!
