I've got a 2008/9 pike 454 dual air U-turn in excellent condition, fully serviced a fortnight ago by TF Tuned (I have the documents). It's 1 1/8" by 220mm steerer. It comes with 20mm maxle. The fork travel is adjustable from 110mm to 140mm.

There are a couple of very small scratches on the legs, but I'm pretty confident you won't find a better condition used Pike. Please email me at richardATcatchweaselDOTcom if you'd like some pictures.
