  • Safer cycle route – Glossop to Stalybridge?

    Any locals know of a good commuter route between glossop and stalybridge train station that avoids the heavy traffic areas? Train links from stalybridge are much better for where I need to get to compared to glossop. Google maps route planner says 5.5 miles on the road…

    I’ll be on a mountain bike so don’t mind a bit of off road so long as it’s kind of rideable in the wet. any advice would be appreciated, thanks
