    For me this DOSE NOT WORK, a couple of km’s in and i feel rough! Never as bad biking but still get some symptoms!

    Anyone else with similar experiences?

    I had 2 eggs then rode to work yesterday, no ill effects. Parp.

    Depends, I’m usually fine after a few crème or mini eggs, but two or more smarties eggs and I’m too bloated to ride.

    I used to get real chest problems if I had a couple of eggs before a ride. Just stopped doing it and the problem went away
