Been running about three weeks. Yesterday I was out and picked up a calf injury. Now it’s pretty painful to walk on. What’s the best way to deal with it? Walk on it or rest up until it no longer hurts?

    Rest and see a physio

Depends on the level of pain. Walk if you can and you dont think it is making it worse.

If its a strain then ice it lots and dont stretch it. Let the inflamation subside then once feeling better increase the level of exercise and build up slowly. Frictional massage is important otherwise the tissue will heal in a haphazard way and simply “tear” again. This will keep happening. A foam roller is a good option.
