There was just a 7 minute long scrum in the Scarlets v Blues game. Two props in the bin and no penalty try for the Blues. Joke!!

Interesting that jp doyle was a scrum half. He can’t seem to shake that when he’s reffing. A lot of it takes place from the 9/10 channel.

Blimey – Leicester v Saracens on at the same time as England v NZ RL, the latter with all three of the Burgess brothers playing.

    Which to watch!

Aaron shinglers yellow card is quite spectacular. Given the number of officials.

Only one official looked at it, that was the problem!

We are absolutely ****ed. But it’s Ok because andy robinson thinks it’s “solvable”. Yes Andy it is and I know how to do it (Steve Lansdown if you are reading this, you are welcome)
    1) Sack the entire board.
    2) Sack the entire coaching team except Bakewell.
    3) Sack at least 2/3rds of the squad. At least.
    4) Replace all sacked personnel with competent individuals.
    Piece of piss.

When your fans are relying on Henson to carry the team you know your ****. So big a squad and so little quality.

The whole thing has been a disaster. We finally scrape through the play offs (narrowly squeeking past Doncaster…) then recruit next to nobody, promote Dwayne Peel to backs coach for our first season in the prem for his first ever coaching role, they got rid of Holley which was right (he was shit and just recruited old wales players who hurt themselves all the time but then they didn’t replace him!
I understand the Robbo is a deeply unpopular person, small wonder the players don’t seem to care very much.

Technically on topic, I have tickets for the Wales V Argentina Autumn international in a couple of weeks. It’s been ages since I’ve been to Cardiff. Can anyone offer me any useful advice ref best places to Park? Aiming to be there a few hours before the kick off, so from mid afternoon.

Sad to hear of the death of AWJ’s father. A real clubman at Swansea.

So no captain sam, AWJ and Faletau. Also both Williams and Ball touch and go.

    Could be looking at

    1/2p
    Amos
    Davies
    Roberts
    North
    Biggar
    Webb
    Moriarty
    Tipuric
    Lydiate
    Charteris
    Davies
    Lee
    Owens
    500 year old Gethin

Christ knows who will cover backrow and Lock on the bench. Pack looks very weak, missing our 3 best forwards.

I clearly jinxed things in my earlier post!

Scotland will be really struggling at prop with Nel out and others doubtful. Fagerson is only 20!

    1 Dickinson
    2 Samwise
    3 Fagerson
    4 Ickle Jonny
    5 Big Ritchie
    6 Ginger tackle monster
    7 Hardie
    8 Bluto

    9 Frodo
    10 Dancer
    11 Tacklebag
    12 Dunbar
    13 The Messiah
    14 Tennessee Tam
    15 Didier Hoggba

    Or in English

    1 Dickinson
    2 Ford
    3 Fagerson
    4 Gray
    5 Gray
    6 Harley
    7 Hardie
    8 Strauss

    9 Laidlaw
    10 Russell
    11 Visser
    12 Dunbar
    13 Bennett
    14 Seymour
    15 Hogg

Dickinson is a doubt as he has been injured but and Hardie might miss out to Watson as Hardie has not much recent gametime and Watson is in Fine form

Great analysis on The42 of how the ABs have scored all their tries this year.

You can stop them if you:

    Don’t turn the ball over

    Don’t kick to them

Don’t give them a scrum near your line

Don’t give them a line out in your half

Don’t give them the ball in the last 30 minutes

    Simple……… 😯

    True. Plus Liam Williams too.

Mind you, how often do International sides have all of their best players to choose from? These days there are so many injuries that teams rarely pick from all their players.

(AWJ isn’t unfit though, just unavailable, unfortunately)

    anagallis_arvensis

    Plus Liam Williams too.

i was just talking about the pack but Liam was our best back in June. 1/2p has looked poor when I’ve seen him play this season

Sam isnt unfit either just lacking match practise been sent to play against Zebre.

These days there are so many injuries that teams rarely pick from all their players.

True but Wales have chronic lack of strength in depth.
