We are absolutely ****ed. But it’s Ok because andy robinson thinks it’s “solvable”. Yes Andy it is and I know how to do it (Steve Lansdown if you are reading this, you are welcome)
1) Sack the entire board.
2) Sack the entire coaching team except Bakewell.
3) Sack at least 2/3rds of the squad. At least.
4) Replace all sacked personnel with competent individuals.
Piece of piss.
The whole thing has been a disaster. We finally scrape through the play offs (narrowly squeeking past Doncaster…) then recruit next to nobody, promote Dwayne Peel to backs coach for our first season in the prem for his first ever coaching role, they got rid of Holley which was right (he was shit and just recruited old wales players who hurt themselves all the time but then they didn’t replace him!
I understand the Robbo is a deeply unpopular person, small wonder the players don’t seem to care very much.
Technically on topic, I have tickets for the Wales V Argentina Autumn international in a couple of weeks. It’s been ages since I’ve been to Cardiff. Can anyone offer me any useful advice ref best places to Park? Aiming to be there a few hours before the kick off, so from mid afternoon.
Wales: Leigh Halfpenny, Alex Cuthbert, Jonathan Davies, Jamie Roberts, George North, Dan Biggar, Rhys Webb, Gethin Jenkins, Ken Owens, Samson Lee, Luke Charteris, Bradley Davies, Dan Lydiate, Justin Tipuric, Ross Moriarty.
Replacements: Scott Baldwin, Nicky Smith, Tomas Francis, Cory Hill, James King, Gareth Davies, Sam Davies, Hallam Amos.
It would have a harder edge if our 3 best players were fit.
AWJ
Faletau
Warburton
True. Plus Liam Williams too.
Mind you, how often do International sides have all of their best players to choose from? These days there are so many injuries that teams rarely pick from all their players.
(AWJ isn’t unfit though, just unavailable, unfortunately)
