I started to do a dust wiper clean /lube this evening on my Revs. i've seen the Sram video on how to remove the lowers and re- install. i got to the bit where you clean through the lowers with a piece of cloth and dowel, on removal of the cloth the foam seal followed it and split, Dooh.

i've got replacement seals coming , but what the best way to remove the wiper seals? screwdriver under the seals? or just pull them out?

any help welcome.
