How much do your forks compress under light pressure on the bars(garage/car park test)? My lyrik’s compress approx 7mm my son’s pikes (just rebuilt at TFT) about 6mm. They both return to full extension if you lift the wheel off the ground. Is this normal or have I done something wrong when I changed the air spring shaft in my lyrik ? Transfer port is NOT blocked with grease.

Yeah seems to be fairly normal. I had an extended battle with my Pikes to try and stop it but even with almost no grease they still tend to do something similar to what you describe

My lyriks sag roughly the same under their own weight, if they didn’t, I’d expect there to be a build up of positive pressure in the lower legs, which needs releasing.
