    A former colleague of mine has decided to take on an enormous challenge. It’s very like him, and his seemingly endless(!) self belief to attempt something like this and I wouldn’t put it past him to crack it!

    You may not like the royals or the military (or even cycling!) but mental health is an area I would hope that most of us give a shit about. If you want to, chuck some moneys at it!
