    Has anyone tried complaining on RM’s website? I believe it’s deliberately obtuse so your average punter will give up in disgust. You enter your story and it bounces you because it doesn’t fit one of their arbitary categories that they don’t offer beforehand. There’s nothing left but to complain in person at their collection centre. It’s their staff I feel sorry for.

    Tell me about it.
    I sent an item to Germany a couple of months ago which, the buyer informed me, never arrived. Tracking confirmed it never left the UK so I raised a claim for compo a month after posting. I received an Email after a week informing me they were investigating and it may take 3 months, so don’t contact them again ’til August.
    Piss poor!
