Routes from Stavely, Kendal and Windermere

I’m thinking of using the train to head to the Lake District in the near future so am stuck with those locations as starting points.
Anyone got any good off-road mountain bike routes from Stavely, Kendal and Windermere ? Looking at around 20-30 miles, and about moderate in difficulty level. GPX files of good routes would be appreciated

Just be aware that trains to Staveley & Windermere from Kendal can be few and far between, especially at weekends.
