Route help for around Harter fell/Hardknott Pass and down to Seathwaite – please

Considering finishing work Friday lunch and one option is to do the Seathwaite loop (up Walner scar, down to Stephensons ground, on to Carter ground, around Stickle pike to Birks wood, back up the road and finish with the BW drop into Seathwaite), oh and then the pub for tea.
It’s approx 12 miles and I have been looking to see about another loop around the vicinity to add about another 8 or so miles. Can anybody recommend anything?
I was looking at going around Harter fell to Hardknott Castle and then back down through the wood on the BW to Birks, anybody done this loop as I described ie clockwise?
