I've done it for years, rounded off my Stroke Adjusting Screws on both front and rear mechs and having to replace them with the same shitty philips screws>

Why dont Shimano use Torx or Allen headed bolts??

So on that note i'm on a mission to find replacements for all the shitty philips headed bolts that Shimano use for Allen bolts.

Any one have any ideas?? companies they know about?

Assume you mean the high & low limit screws? WHat are you doing with them to round them off? Cheap/badly fitting screw drivers or siezing up? As I've never rounded one of those off yet in 15 years of cycling!
