    2 up 2 down mid terrace house in cumbria in north west. Looking at a rough estimate cost to have it rewired, and the back of the house needs the render chipped off and re done. Back of the house is 2 storey and about 12-13 foot wide (its not full width)

    Just looking for rough ball park figures for getting the work done, see if it makes the ouse viable
