Just taken delivery of new bike with xFusion HiLo Dropper post.
The post has rotational play in before I have even used it !
Is this normal?

yes, they all have a few mm of play in my experience. With time the play increases, keep an eye on it and look at a warranty just before it runs out…

I expected a little play, but not this much

Looks normal, compared to my current Reverb and GD.

that’s less play than my reverb, which itself had less than some in the shop when I asked about it !

My Giant one has more play and is currently back with Giant UK, hopefully for replacement with a shiny new one…
