Any one else having problems paying with PayPal on rose cycles

I rang them a few months ago to ask (got a road bike), and as of a few months before that, they only allow PayPal for German residents.

From what the guy said it was because of a lot of non-german orders had translation problems / misunderstandings (whether it was website mistakes, or something more technical I’m not sure), but people were raising paypal disputes rather than just using the run-of-the-mill returns procedure, and they got fed up with it basically.
