    Sometimes we hear too much negativity, so decided to post a good news story. Ordered my new Rose Pro DX Cross and it arrived within 2 weeks. Took it for a very short spin and on returning, realised that there was a dent on the underside of the top tube. No way I could have got it on the half an hour I was out and looked very much like it had occurred from the handlebars being twisted round in the bike box for postage. Sent an email to Rose about it and some missing paint round the cable routing holes (which I had spotted before I went out, but decided I would just touch up with paint if needed) and they sorted out the bike being collected by DHL and have swapped it all onto a new frame and sent it back, within 1.5 weeks.

    Ok, annoying that it happened. But sometimes that is life. Commendation to them for the excellent customer service in sorting it out. Cheers Rose!
