Sorry for the hugely boring topic.

Our poorly insulated conservatory does the usual boiling hot in sunlight and freezing cold in winter thing. We plan to replace it with something better in the next year or two so don’t want to spend tons of money on it just now. We have fallen heir to a load of curtains that could be hung to shield it from the sun (less need for that at the moment obviously)and marginally improve insulation in the winter. It looks like the easiest option would be to hang them from from track mounted in the conservatory ceiling. It has a wooden ceiling internally, probably with minimal insulation, but it does provide us with something to screw the track into. Does anybody have any experience of doing this and where I might source something reasonably priced?
