Hi guys,

Interested in getting a set of rollers or a turbo and was wondering whether anyone uses a roller with a bike with a gear hub. I have a Genesis Day 01 with the alfine 8 and have heard reports that you need to use a high gear when on the rollers to provide enough resistance, would I just be spinning out in top gear? I normally max out at about 45kph on the road in top gear.
