Does anyone have this fitted to their bikes and if so do you use it much, as i am think about getting myself one for racing thanks

My fork came with one, but I never touch remote lockouts, was going to convert to crown mounted!

Some people use them all the time, depends on you really!

Got one onmy bikes. I removed the remote lever as I never use it.

Its a compression damping lockout with floodgate. If you don't get bob because of your riding style then I don't see any use for it.
