Anyone ridden (or got) a RM Instinct 29er?
I don’t know why I’m drawn to one, I’d be the first to admit it’s nothing more than an irrational WANT – I’ve never even ridden any 29er for goodness sake. Maybe it’s just wanting to try new stuff?
I certainly can’t afford to buy a new bike right now, but it’s right at the top of my ‘n+1’ list. I’d love to know how they ride. I’m a bit of a Rocky fan, so I’m hoping that they’ve got their mediocre period behind them.
I currently ride, and love, an Orange 5 (sorry) with Marzocchi RC3ti 150mm fork and DSP Dueler shock, so I wonder if the Instinct would seem a bit tame. Then again, I’d expect it to climb a bit better!!
Anyone with 1st hand experience?
