apologies for the 101 threads at the minute I’m weighing up options for replacing my xc bike.

Anyone running the RS1s? Thoughts?

Do they run on a normal 15mm hub?

They look nice which is why I’m drawn to them- I’m hoping they work well too?

Specific front hub, and no real benefits over sid’s, so sid’s are a no brainer, cheaper and a bit lighter.

I’d go for SID 2018 with the new Charger 2 damper.

It’s an improvement on over cooked spaghetti, stiffness wise, but not quite up to al dente spaghetti standard

The RS1 is USD and therefore cool as.

But really you need a Marzocchi RAC or Shiver triple clamp.
