    hi to all
bought a set of these 2nd hand which had apparently ‘just been’ serviced but having doubts about that. I’m having issues getting setup properly as the forks feel a bit dead to me, really unresponsive & not very active at all. you can cycle the suspension bouncing around in a car park but on the trails the fork does not feel plush at all when in the fully open mode with the low speed compression backed right off. the fork only seems to move much on big hits, over standard trail type stuff feels very harsh to me. tried lowering the air pressure & messed around with the rebound but cant get to a happy medium at all. a service needed? thanks in advance for any help.

Try removing all the air out, sounds like there is too much for your weight. Then with a lower pressure you can work in the right amount of compression and rebound so it is more active and composed.
