I have a Remedy 7 with the Coil U-Turn Lyrik fork. I only weigh 10.5 stone so even after running it in, I only get 130-140mm travel out of the forks. I seem to run with about 15mm sag but the recommended sag is around 30mm so my question is this:

Should I get the Soft or the Extra-Soft spring?

At £40 a go I'm wary of buying the wrong one. According to the recommendations I'm just above the line between the two, but I like to run forks relatively soft usually compared to the recommended air pressure charts (eg on my old Revs I ran about 20% less air than was recommended for my weight).
