    Is there a good guide on-line to servicing these forks. Damping seems to be seized in place.

    I know I could send them off for a service but is probably not economically viable.

    service guides are on the sram/rockshox site , and plenty of stuff on youtube too.

    there was a seller on ebay doing seal kits for £8
