Hi, just a quick question, can lock out on rock shox forks still be operated by manually twisting it with your fingers if the poplock has been removed?

you can convert to a non poploc, but no, it won’t work as standard

You can unhook the return spring internally.

If you need a pop lock, I have one spare (had mine converted to fork lock-out).
